I have 4-year-old named Teddy and another little one due in January

If so, is it outside the home? Is it full-time or part-time? I quit my job as a full-time science teacher to stay at home with my son and now teach children’s and family yoga part-time
Are you an early bird or a night owl? (A.K.A. When do you get most of your work done?)
I’m an early bird! My brain functions so poorly after 8pm

What made you decide to join City Moms Blog Network as a Sister Site Owner?
I was searching for the work/life balance that I was desperately lacking at my old job. Being a mom is something I’m wildly passionate about, so getting to work from home and focus on something so important to myself was a no-brainer.
In your opinion what is the biggest benefit to being part of City Moms Blog Network?
The support from sister sites! I’m continuously amazed by the talent and helpfulness of other site owners.
How do you maintain or try to maintain a work-life balance?
I stopped trying to perfect it! I finally accepted that sometimes family is going to need to come first and vice versa. There are only so many hours in the day and occasionally something has to give. Once I stopped chasing this idea that everything always needs to be perfectly balanced I was able to let go of so much guilt and be a better mom and business owner.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned as a Sister Site Owner?
“Work smarter, not harder.”
What is the most rewarding thing about being a Sister Site Owner?
The relationships you build- with other site owners, my own team, and women all around our community!
What piece of advice would you give someone thinking about becoming a Sister Site Owner with CMBN?
Go for it! You won’t regret it.

What is your biggest guilty pleasure?
