Let’s face it mom-friends, getting to the gym with littles is just never as easy as it seems.   1. I love Crossfit. The mix of cardio and strength training gets you in great shape and keeps things from getting boring!

  2. I definitely prefer strength/weight training but i like something engaging rather than the ol’ walking on the treadmill. Like a video or something guided.
