JAS_4cp-transparent2A couple weeks ago, the City Moms Blog Network core team traveled to Houston for our Sister Site Conference 2014(#SisterSiteConf14). Before the event started we were invited to check out Jasper’s of The Woodlands for an evening of delicious food + cocktails.

unnamed-1Jasper’s was created by Chef Kent Rathbun out of his desire to turn backyard fare (BBQ ribs, burgers, fries, BLT’s, salad, mac & cheese, etc) into gourmet cuisine. Jasper’s was named the Hot Concept Award Winner by Nation’s Restaurant News, as well as being included in the Top 20 New Restaurants by Esquire Magazine.

As soon as we sat down, we were greeted with generous helpings of their Slow Smoked Baby Back Ribs, named one of Bon Appetit’s Top 3 Choices for “America’s Best Ribs”. Can we all agree that there is nothing better than a perfectly prepared baby back rib? We were also served a generous helping of gourmet potato salad, a perfectly prepared flatbread pizza and the most decadent dessert sampler I have EVER had.

unnamedTo say Jasper’s hit the spot would be an understatement!

If you are in the Houston area and looking for an awesome dinner destination for a girl’s night out or even a date night without the kids (yes, please!), then you must check out Jasper’s of The Woodlands!

Find out more information about Jasper’s by visiting their website or finding them on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube.
