The most rewarding thing about being part of City Moms Blog Network…
Sometimes social media is a blessing and a curse. It primarily displays someone’s highlight reel. And, watching someone else’s life in pictures can cause us to marginalize our own experiences. So, to have a group of local mothers write about real life – the ups and the downs – is special. They are putting themselves out there in a way to foster a community of transparency, support and understanding. CMBN has also introduced me to a remarkable group of mothers and entrepreneurs throughout the country. It’s a support system that is beyond words.
Home of the Green Bay Packers. Attending a game at Lambeau Field is on people’s bucket list for a reason.
BUT, Green Bay is so much more than a football team. The sense of community you find in Northeast Wisconsin is undeniable. Pair that with a reasonable cost of living and a family-oriented vibe, the Green Bay area makes for a wonderful place to raise a family.
It’s only a short drive to picturesque Door County (the “thumb” of the state). Door County boasts nearly 300 miles of shoreline, 11 lighthouses, and numerous state and county parks. It’s tough to rival a Door County sunset and it’s a top destination to enjoy the breathtaking fall foliage.
Home to Bay Beach Amusement Park. Bay Beach offers rides for all ages. You need 1 or 2 tickets for most rides. Oh, did I mention tickets are only $0.25?!
Cheese Curds. So many places to try them fresh and/or deep fried. Delicious!
