As the Summer months are in full swing, many of you are gearing up for a big family trip or unwinding from one. All of which require some type of packing, which if you are anything like me, I dread. As a new family of four my goal as mommy/packer is to cram (I’m just being honest) as much stuff into as little suitcases as possible. Luckily, we received a Duralite 360 3-piece luggage set from American Tourister that has totally changed the way I pack for my family!
Besides coming in fun color options, like seaport blue (pictured), or solar rose, this luggage set has a hard exterior and super spacious interior which I absolutely love! The hard exterior allows us to easily pack up the car in an organized fashion without fear of bags shifting during the car journey and falling on one of the kids. I also completely appreciate how the suitcases don’t lose their shape and are durable, which is a huge benefit when flying and having your bag tossed about from conveyor belt to plane, etc.
I am a Type A packer, meaning I pack by outfits for each family member keeping all pieces together in an effort to make living out of a suitcase easier. My biggest pet peeve is when you arrive at your destination and everything in your suitcase shifts around and all that pre-planning is shot out the window. With that being said, a big advantage in my opinion, of this luggage set is things shifted a lot less and stayed put for the most part, which makes this mommy’s heart (and anxiety level) happy!
American Tourister recently debuted this hard shelled line of suitcases, which are surprisingly lightweight and have 360 degree maneuverability allowing you to roll them very easily. My hubby was most excited about these two features as the packer and unpacker of the car. He also does a ton of airplane travel and was so thrilled at how easily you can move them about!
